RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Communicate effectively to efficiently meet customer needs while driving business development and growing our book of business in auto, home, life, health, and mortgages.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Willingness to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
